When will my plants be shipped?
We ship our plants according to your specific hardiness zone at the ideal planting time for your region. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our nursery.
What is the Spring Hill Nurseries Guarantee?
We guarantee every plant we ship to be high-quality and true to name. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within one year of delivery for a replacement or a merchandise credit.
Do you ship plants during the winter months?
To ensure plant health, we do not ship during periods of extreme cold. Most orders are scheduled for spring or fall delivery when conditions are optimal for transit and transplanting.
How do I care for my plants immediately after they arrive?
Open your package immediately upon arrival. Hydrate your plants according to the included care instructions and keep them in a cool, shaded area until you are ready to plant them in their permanent home.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we begin preparing your plants for shipment quickly, changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting our customer service team.
