Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Shipment
Upon arrival, carefully open your package and inspect the condition of your plants or garden products to ensure they arrived healthy and intact.
- 2.Contact Customer Support
If there is an issue, notify our team within the specified guarantee period by providing your order number and photos of the items in question.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Our gardening experts will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or approve a direct replacement for your order.
- 4.Resolution Delivery
Once approved, we will ship your replacement items during the next appropriate planting season for your zone or issue a merchandise credit via email.
