Gold Threads Alternanthera

You may have seen alternanthera in a public garden before. It's very versatile as it responds well to pruning. It can take strong winds, rains and summer's heat and still look lovely. The nice bushy habit is a great filler for borders and container gardens. That yellow and green foliage pops especially well at the front of a flowering border, and as it grows to just 8" tall, it won't block your view of the blooms.
